One (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded consisting of a trip for two to the preeminent American thoroughbred horse race, taking place in Louisville, Kentucky. The prize includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (winner and one guest) from the major airport nearest the winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one standard room, double occupancy); two tickets to the horse racing events on May 6 & 7; roundtrip transfers to/from the Louisville airport to the hotel and to/from the hotel to the horse racing events and for the winner $500.00 in spending money. Trip must be taken by May 5 – 8, 2016 or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation and an alternate winner will be selected (time permitting). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $6,000.00.
