Daily Entry
To enter you must complete the general information form, which consists of the following fields: first name, last name, public name (will be displayed with your photo submission), email address, phone number, zip code and then use the UPickem application to upload an original cute couple photo including a title and description.
Your original photo (a) must be a JPEG file; (b) must be the original and sole creation of the submitting entrant, and all right, title and interest including but not limited to, the copyright in any entry, must be owned solely by the submitting entrant; and (c) must clearly depict two people to qualify. The same photo may not be submitted more than once during the Sweepstakes Period.
Only one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
A random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted during regular business hours on or about February 20, 2016 to select one (1) Grand Prize Provisional Winner.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a check for $5,000.00.
