Five (5) Grand Prizes. Each grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2)(for winner and one (1) guest who is at least 21 years of age as of date of departure for trip destination) to Austin, TX (see details below). Approximate Retail Value (ARV):$5,000.00 Total ARV of all prizes: $25,000.00. No more than five (5) prizes at the stated ARV will be awarded.

Admission or tickets for two (2) to attend South By Southwest Interactive from March 13, 2016 – March 16, 2016;
Admission or tickets for two (2) to Sponsor's designated private activities, events or entertainment in the Austin, TX metro area on March 13, 2016
