One (1) grand prize (the 'Grand Prize') is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package ('Trip Package') for the Grand Prize winner (the 'GP Winner') and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner's Parent) (each, a 'Guest', collectively the 'Guests') to Los Angeles, CA. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. Each Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA. GP Winner and Guests are solely responsible for transportation to/from their residences and the airport; (ii) three (3) days/two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor's choice (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, to/from hotel andthe Event (as defined below) rehearsals and to/from hotel and the Event; (iv) opportunity for GP Winner and Guests to attend Event rehearsals; (v) pre-Event professional hair, make-up and wardrobe styling for GP Winner; (vi) four (4) general admission tickets for GP Winner and Guests to the 2016 Kids' Choice Awards live event scheduled to take place at the LA Forum in Los Angeles, CA on March 12, 2016 (the 'Event'); (vii) opportunity for GP Winner to walk the Event Orange Carpet accompanied by cast member(s) from the Nickelodeon live-action series entitled 'Bella and the Bulldogs' (collectively, the 'Talent') (subject to Talent's availability due to disability, death or force majeure and subject to Sponsor's final determination). If Talent is not available for any reason, Sponsor will make best commercial efforts to substitute another Nickelodeon celebrity cast talent, but will not be held responsible for such substitution or the lack thereof as per Paragraph 8 below; and, (viii) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for GP winner in the form of a check.
