One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in the form of a VIP Guest Experience trip for two (2) (the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest) to Talladega, Alabama to attend the professional stock car race on May 1, 2016 (the “Talladega Race”). The complete Grand Prize package shall consist of: Round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence in the United States to the major airport closest to the Talladega Race venue (airport, airline and airline ticket class to be selected by Sponsor); two tickets to the Talladega Race; a “Meet & Greet” with Clint Bowyer and/or other HSM racing team members (subject to their schedules and availability); a $500 Gift Card to cover local travel and meals; and one (1) double occupancy hotel accommodation near the Talladega Race venue for two (2) nights (Saturday, April 30, 2016 and Sunday, May 1, 2016) (Grand Prize approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $ 1,850); and (b) 15 First Place Prizes(“First Place Prizes”) will be awarded to 15 First Place Prize Winners (“First Place Prize Winners”) in the form of a diecast model of Clint Bowyer’s PEAK#15 race car (ARV $75 each in US Dollars).
