The Grand Prize consists of a three (3) day / four (4) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion to Los Angeles, California for a custom makeup session with Jamie Greenberg at a mutually agreed upon location, which includes (i) voucher for round-trip coach class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Los Angeles, California; (ii) voucher for four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (iii) voucher for ground transportation between the hotel and airport; (iv) meet and greet and custom makeup session for Grand Prize winner and travel companion with Jamie Greenberg (the “Makeup Session”); (vi) voucher for dinner for two (2) at a Los Angeles restaurant selected by Sponsor; and (vii) a $1,000 shopping credit to gilt.com. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,999.
