PRIZE(S) - There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner in total. The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize, comprised of three (3) separate parts:
Part 1: Yummie by Heather Thomson will provide Part 1 of the Grand Prize consisting of one (1) five-hundred dollar (USD $500.00) gift card for use on http://www.yummielife.com
Part 2: Unique Travel Corp. will provide Part 2 of the Grand Prize consisting of one (1) 4-day/ 3-night romantic getaway for two (2) adults at any Sandals Resort in the Caribbean. Sandals Resorts is a Luxury Included® resort destination, therefore Part 2 of the Grand Prize will include: (a) accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, gratuities, and transfers to and from the resort designated airport. Not Included: Airfare, Telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Specialty Shops. (USD $3,000.00)
Additional Terms & Conditions: Grand Prize Part 2 must be redeemed for travel within one year from the Giveaway Period end date (May 2, 2016 – May 2, 2017) and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the prize has expired. If the prize is not redeemed, the prize is void. Grand Prize Part 2 is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Prizewinner and guest must be at least 18 years of age at time of travel. Confirmation of travel dates will only be provided 30 days prior to the departure date. Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prizewinner from their resort of choice to an alternate resort within the Sandals chain based upon availability of space for the secured travel dates.
Part 3: MyYogaWorks.com will provide Part 3 of the Grand Prize consisting of a one-year (1) membership to MyYogaWorks.com (USD $150.00). In addition, MyYogaWorks.com will give each entrant (one per valid entry) a FREE, one (1) month membership to MyYogaWorks.com. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: USD $3,650.00.
