One (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”): A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (collectively, “Group”) to the Los Angeles, California area (“City”) on Brand Sponsor-selected dates (“Trip”) to attend the Radio Disney Music Awards (“Event”) and an opportunity for Winner to view the red carpet from a special viewing area (subject to availability and other restrictions). Prize consists of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [2] up to four (4) tickets to the Event scheduled to be held on April 30, 2016; [3] an opportunity to view the red carpet from a special viewing area (subject to availability).Grand Prize Winner must take trip on Sponsor-selected dates estimated to be April 29, 2016 and May 1, 2016, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, awarded to an alternate winner (if time permits).
