One (1) Grand PrizeThe Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of four thousand, nine hundred and ninety-eighty dollars ($4,998.00). Actual value may vary depending on departure date and location.The Grand Prize will consist of the following:
Round trip, coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests from the major U.S. airport closest to Grand Prize winner’s home, as determined by Universal City Studios LLC dba Universal Studios Hollywood (“USH” and/or “Universal Studios Hollywood”) in its reasonable discretion, to Los Angeles, California. Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin. If a winner resides in Los Angeles or within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Los Angeles (“local resident”), in lieu of the round-trip coach air transportation, the Winner may receive another method of transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel guest(s) from Winner’s residence to the hotel. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for a local resident Winner and a Winner who is not a local resident.
Non-exclusive ground transportation to/from the airport in Los Angeles, California and to/from the hotel and USH.
Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in a maximum of one (1) room, quadruple occupancy, at the Sheraton Universal Hotel (or another nearby hotel of USH’s choosing in its sole discretion) for two (2) nights. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, or not specified here. Grand Prize Winner must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, including but not limited to providing a major credit card for incidental expenses.
General Admission tickets for two (2) days to Universal Studios Hollywood for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests
A six hundred dollar ($600.00) income tax assistance award in the form of a check.
