Because we have extensive measures in place to protect the information that you provide to us, we recently identified an organized effort to circumvent the security measures on our website. We took immediate action to block this attempt, but unfortunately a very small number of accounts, including yours, had account profile information potentially exposed, such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth. It's important to note that your account profile does not include any financial information or social security numbers.

We recommend that you also take the precaution of reviewing and changing passwords for your other online accounts, especially if you used the same password on more than one account. Make sure your new passwords are sufficiently complex - simple passwords are often easy for attackers to guess or steal. The best practice is to use a password that has at least eight characters, with a mix of capital letters and numbers, and also use different passwords for different accounts.
