Five (5) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for one (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada scheduled to take place from May 21, 2016, through May 23, 2016, to attend the 2016 Billboard Music Awards on May 22, 2016 (the “Event”). Trip includes (i) round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from an airport nearest winner’s residence as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor to Las Vegas, Nevada; (ii) two (2) nights’ standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (exact hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) in one (1) double-occupancy room (room and tax only and excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); (iii) one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) corporate check stipend which may be used by winner for ground transportation and meals while on trip; (iv) tour of the venue and opportunity to watch at least one (1) performer rehearse and/or conduct a sound check (performer to be determined by the producer in its sole discretion); (v) two (2) tickets, passes, or other credentials for red carpet access at the Event; and (vi) two (2) tickets to the Event (exact location of seats to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). A.R.V. of each Grand Prize package is $4,100.
