Four (4) grand prizes are available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Winner (the
“Winner”) shall receive a trip package (the “Trip Package”) for the Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Nashville, TN. Guest must be at least twenty one (21) years of age at time of Grand Prize fulfillment. Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for Winner and Guest from the airport nearest the Winner’s residence (as
determined by Sponsor) to Nashville, TN; (ii) three (3) days/two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s
choice (one [1] room, double occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, to/from hotel and the Event (as defined below); and (iv) two (2) tickets to the 2016 CMT Music Awards on June 8, 2016
(the “Event”, collectively the “Grand Prize”).
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Trip Package is $4,999.00.
