One (1) Prize will be awarded: One (1) prize winner will receive one thousand (1,000) dollars awarded in the form of a check and a ninety (90) day supply of Ensure (actual flavors selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) (“Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $1,450 USD. If winner is a resident of Canada, the Ensure product portion of the prize will be awarded to the winner in the form of a check for the full value of the ninety (90) day supply ($450) USD.
