ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (together, the
“Attendees”) to see Keith Urban perform in West Palm Beach, Florida on June 18, 2016 (the “Concert”). The trip includes round
trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Coordinator) to
the major airport nearest West Palm Beach, Florida, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double
occupancy/room and tax only), two (2) tickets for the Attendees to the Concert (seating as determined by Prize Coordinator), a
