8. Prizes
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER: The Grand Prize winner will receive a six (6) consecutive night rental accommodations at a property determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor in the vicinity of the New Jersey, Long Island, NY, Delaware, Maryland or Connecticut shore (“Beach House”) and a $1,000 delivery of groceries from ShopRite from Home. Groceries will be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $11,000.00. Beach House accommodation dates must occur between May 1, 2017 and September 11, 2017 and Grand Prize winner must confirm dates with Sponsor by March 15, 2017, or Grand Prize may be forfeited. Grand Prize does not include transportation or other incidental costs, including but not limited to, air transportation, ground transportation, meals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, security fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, taxes or other expenses. A valid credit or debit card will be required on check in. Actual value may vary. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of Grand Prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded.
FORTY FIVE (45) WEEKLY PRIZE WINNERS: Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive $100.00 in ShopRite Gift Cards.
