There will be one (1) Winner. The Winner will receive a trip for the Winner and three (3) guests of Winner, each a (“Guest” and collectively “Guests”), to New Jersey (“Destination”) to attend the COPA America Centenario Finals (“Event”), on or about June 26, 2016, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guests which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,600; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guests, which will be two (2) standard rooms based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $1,120; (iii) four (4) tickets to Event with an ARV of $400; and (iv) one $200 pre-paid gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of gift card), with an ARV of $200, collectively (the “Prize” or “Prizes”). The total ARV of the Prize is $4,320.
