To begin the custom blending process we need you to fill out the questionnaire. This will give us the foundation we need to start building your perfect fragrance. Some of the questions may sound silly, out of place or just plain unnecessary but really, they really help us narrow down what will work for you.
We never share our information with anyone and only keep it on hand to assist us in our blending.
