One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand-Prize winner will receive the Ultimate Tailgate Party package to include access to an invitation-only RV pre-game tailgate party for the winner and nineteen (19) guests at a pro football stadium located in closest proximity to his/her legal residence. The tailgate party will include twenty (20) upper-level game tickets, catered food and beverages (non-alcoholic), team gift bags and an appearance by a retired local pro football player. The package will also include a $5,000 check made payable to the winner for projected taxes. Grand-Prize winner and guests must attend the same luxury RV pre-game tailgate party on a date(s) provided by the Sponsor. Tailgate party to be held for approximately 2.5 hours prior to kickoff in a lot located within close proximity to the stadium. Grand-Prize winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to accommodations, meals, fuel, parking, gratuities and incidentals. Tailgate must take place by January 1, 2017. Blackout dates may apply. All arrangements are subject to change based on availability and Sponsor’s approval. Once tailgate party is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted and no extensions or exceptions apply. Other restrictions may apply. Grand-Prize winners’ guests must be at least 21 years of age. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $22,000
