Two Grand Prizes each prize consisting of one (1) Live Nation® Ultimate Access PassTM – 2017 Lawn Pass (the “Pass”). The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation produced concerts to one (1) participating venue of winner’s choice. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets for the 2017 summer concert season. Total value of tickets not to exceed $950.00 or $1500.00, depending on venue selected. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. Pass holder must reserve tickets at least seven days prior to event through a dedicated reservation email address. Pass expires October 30, 2017 and may only be used for 2017 applicable events.

The Code is redeemable only on the Live Nation website located at www.livenation.com/concertcash (http://www.livenation.com/concertcash). The Code is a one-time use only voucher code good toward $100-off final ticket purchase for a Live Nation concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States, based on availability under this program.
Ten (10) Second Place Prizes each prize consisting of one (1) $50 pre-paid cash card, subject to terms of use. Approximate Retail Value of each Second Place Prize is: Fifty Dollars ($50).
