Three (3) winners (each a “Winner” and collectively, “Winners”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries, and awarded the Grubhub Bon Appetit prize pack, each inclusive of: two (2) tickets to the Bon Appetit Best New Restaurant Hot 10 Party on September 8, 2016 in NYC; two (2) nights at the Row NYC Hotel at 700 8th Ave (or similar) with two (2) double beds for Winner plus a guest, checking in on September 8, 2016 and departing on September 10, 2016; two (2) roundtrip economy class tickets from hometown in the US to NYC no more than $700 each (leaving on September 8, 2016 around 9 a.m. local time and departing September 10, 2016 around 8 p.m. ET); and a $1,000 pre-loaded gift card that can be used on ground transportation and food and beverage. Winners that do not need air transportation will instead be awarded two (2) tickets to the Bon Appetit Best New Restaurant Hot 10 Party on September 8, 2016 in NYC; two (2) nights at the Row NYC Hotel at 700 8th Ave (or similar) with two (2) double beds for winner plus a guest (checking in on September 8, 2016 and departing on September 10, 2016); and a $2,400 pre-loaded gift card that can be used on ground transportation and food and beverage (each a “Prize” and collectively, “Prizes”). All gift cards will be distributed at the Best New Restaurant Party and will not be sent to winners that do not attend. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is USD $10,686.
