The “Grand Prize” is a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for up to four (4) people (the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guest of his/her choosing) to attend an Axe Platinum concert in the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States in 2017 (the “Grand Prize”). Sponsor and the Grand Prize winner will work together to select a concert. The Grand Prize includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near the Grand Prize winner’s residence (selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to the location of the concert for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests, two (2) night stay at a hotel selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (two rooms/double occupancy), chauffeured car service to and from the hotel to the airport and to and from the hotel to the concert, reimbursement for meals fulfilled in the form of a check in the amount of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900) paid to the Grand Prize winner, premium seats to AXE Stage Pass concert for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests, a $150 Visa® pre-paid debit card for the Grand Prize winner and each guest to be used to purchase clothing for the concert and One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner for travel stipend and spending money. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must compete the trip by December 31, 2017. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Nine Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($9,100).
