One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Oakland, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Sacramento, CA (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 300 miles of the Destination; (b) three (3) nights luxury hotel accommodations at Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa (one double occupancy room and room tax only) for winners outside of California and two nights (2) nights of Luxury hotel accommodations for residents of California, Oregon, Arizona and Washington; (c) two (2) exclusive tickets for multiple private acoustic concerts throughout the event which, as of the posting of these Official Rules prior to the start of the Entry Period is expected to include The Rua, O.A.R. (ofarevolution), Phillip Phillips, Blue October, Walking on Cars, Johnny Swim, Mike Posner & Other Artists TBD in Napa Valley, CA on November 4th, 5th and 6th, 2016; and (d) two (2) passes to tour Sutter Home Winery. This Sweepstakes requires that the Winner and travel companion travel on days between Friday November 4, 2016 and Monday November 7, 2016. Live In The Vineyard will provide shuttle transportation to some ground events only in Napa but ground transportation may be subject to change at any point prior to or during the event without penalty. Airport ground transfers NOT included.Each GPW winner will receive one LITV Gift Bag (per double occupancy) containing various prizes from participating sponsors TBD. (TOTAL Approximate Retail Trip Value (ARV) = $3,000).
