One grand prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one "Grand Prize Winner" or "Winner". The Grand Prize shall consist of a nine night trip through the following cities: New York, London, and Hong Kong (three nights per City) for Grand Prize Winner and one guest. The Trip will include four star hotel accommodations in each City, as determined by Sponsor and/or Prize Provider (on an if used basis), for the duration of the Trip, all details determined by Sponsor and/or Prize Provider in its sole discretion; roundtrip airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest on the airline of Sponsor and/or Prize Provider's choice from a major airport near Grand Prize Winner's home and in Sponsor's sole discretion, to a major airport in New York City; roundtrip ground transportation from the airport in each City to the hotel; and $1,000 spending money in the form of a Visa gift card.
