The Grand Prize consists of a four (4) day/ three (3) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests to Los Angeles, California, with travel departing on or about January 26th , 2017 and returning on or about January 29th, 2017, exact dates to be confirmed and finalized by FOX (the “Grand Prize”) . The Grand Prize includes (i) round-trip airfare on a carrier to be selected by FOX (the “Airline”) for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests from the major commercial airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Los Angeles; (ii) three (3) nights’ accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests at a mansion as selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles; (iii) car service to requested destinations coordinated by a concierge; (iv) one (1) Three Hundred Fifty Dollar ($350) gift card; one (1) Four Hundred Dollar ($400) gift card, and one (1) One Hundred Fifty Dollar ($150) gift card, all gift cards as selected by Sponsors or FOX in its sole discretion, (v) an exclusive preview at the mansion of certain episodes of The Mick (the content and availability of such episodes to be determined by FOX in its sole discretion), and (vi) the opportunity for an exclusive meet and greet with a cast member from The Mick, as selected by FOX in its sole discretion and subject to talent availability. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Twenty-Three Thousand Dollars ($23,000.00).
