o One (1) wireless Bluetooth® Speaker;
o Up to five (5) wireless headphones to share with up to four (4) co-workers;
o Up to five (5) Yoga balls to share with up to four (4) co-workers; and
o Up to five (5) Yoga mats to share with up to four (4) co-workers.
Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,000.
Runner-Up Prizes: Two (2) Runner-Up Prize winners will each receive a prize package to include:
• One (1) year supply of almonds**,
• One (1) tote bag;
• Two (2) perfect portion snack tins; and
• One (1) portable power bank.
The ARV of each Runner-Up Prize is $270. Any difference between the ARV and actual value of the Runner-Up Prize will not be awarded.
** One (1) year supply of almonds will be sent to each winner in two (2) shipments, each shipment including twelve (12) 1 lb. bags of almonds. Each winner will receive one (1) shipment in February 2017 and one (1) shipment in August 2017.
