PRIZES (“Prize(s)”):
Two (2) Prizes will be awarded including the following:
Two (2) economy airline tickets from Los Angeles, California to Sydney, Australia.
Five (5) nights’ stay at a hotel in Sydney, Australia.
One (1) walk-on role in a performance of La Boheme, or a performance of an alternative show, depending on availability, at the Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia (the “Performance”), including a hair, makeup and costume fitting.*
One (1) audience ticket to the Performance for Grand Prize Winner’s guest.
One (1) Runner-Up Prize will be awarded consisting of a gift basket of RENT branded merchandise.
*The following conditions shall apply to the walk-on role for the Performance portion of the Grand Prize:
The Performance will take place on a mutually agreed upon date between February 13, 2017 and March 24, 2017. Blackout dates may apply. If Winner is not available for the Performance between February 13, 2017 and March 24, 2017, Sponsor may determine a different show for the Performance, provided that Winner is available to participate in such Performance between January 1, 2018 and March 31, 2018, or July 1, 2018 and August 31, 2018. Blackout dates may apply.
During the Performance, Winner shall be on stage only when the chorus is performing, but shall not sing. Winner will be on stage during the Performance for approximately one (1) hour, although the exact duration is subject to change.
Winner must be able to walk up and down stairs on a sloped stage in order to participate with the walk-on role.
Winner and their guest must conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to any applicable rules of Sponsor, Prize Provider, and the operator of the Sydney Opera House during preparation for and participation in the Performance.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $7,500 and the ARV of the Runner-Up Prize is $50
