FOUR (4) Grand PrizeS: There will be a total of four (4) Grand Prize winners (i.e., two (2) male winners and two (2) female winners). Each Grand Prize winner will win a trip for him or herself and up to three (3) guests to Las Vegas, NV. Each Grand Prize has a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $9,460 and consists of the following prize elements: (i) four (4) VIP tickets to LOCASH’s performance at the House of Blues in Las Vegas, NV scheduled on March 31, 2016 (Total ARV: $1,000 (ARV of $250 per person)); (ii) four (4) tickets to the 2017 ACM Awards scheduled on April 2, 2017 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV (Total ARV: $1,000 (ARV of $250 per person)); (iii) round trip coach class airfare between the closest airport to winner’s permanent residence (at the time of entry) and Las Vegas, NV for each winner and three (3) guests (traveling together) (Total ARV: $2,400 (ARV of $600 per person)); (iv) round trip ground transportation between hotel and Las Vegas airport for each winner and three guests (Total ARV: $200) (in the form of AMEX gift card); (v) two (2) hotel rooms (standard double occupancy room and including daily resort fee) for 3 consecutive nights at Mandalay Bay (“Hotel”) (Total ARV: $2,250 (ARV of each room per night: $410)); (vi) one (1) spa treatment for winner and each of his/her three (3) guests at Spa Mandalay up to $100 in value for each person (Total ARV: $400); and (vii) $500 food credit for winner and each of his/her three (3) guests at on-premises restaurants at Hotel (Total ARV: $2,000).
