One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Indian Chieftain MotorcycleŽ (model, color, and year to be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor).
The Grand Prize winner will receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, if the winner is a U.S. resident. The single cash payment will be based on a 34% tax rate of the final Grand Prize value. The single cash payment is intended to assist with any federal or state tax obligations related to the Grand Prize, but in no event will the single cash payment exceed $12,363.12 USD for the Grand Prize
