PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
(1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner and one travel companion (“Guest”) (who must be at least 13 years of age and if a minor, be the child or legal ward of the Grand Prize winner) will win a trip (“Trip”) to New York City (“NYC”) and a possible “opportunity” (subject to availability as detailed below) to walk the “red carpet” and attend “The Fate of the Furious” (“Picture”) movie premiere (“Premiere”), anticipated to be at Radio City Music Hall, New York City, NY on April 8, 2017. Winner and Guest will be styled by Buckle and Affliction for premiere. Winner and Guest will each receive a $500 Buckle electronic Gift Card which may be used toward the purchase of product from the styling session. The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s hometown (as determined by Sponsor) and within the Eligibility Area to New York; (ii) two (2) consecutive nights’ hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel (“Hotel”) in the NYC area; (iii) admission for Grand Prize winner and Guest to the Premiere; and (iv) R/T ground transfers between NYC airport and Hotel and (if deemed necessary by the Sponsor) R/T ground transfers between Hotel and Premiere. Specific dates of travel, air carrier(s), Hotel, and all other elements of the Grand Prize are at the sole discretion of Sponsor or its designee(s). Important Note: the possible opportunity to walk the “red carpet” portion of the prize is subject to availability and conditions and circumstances at time of Premiere (and is determined at the sole discretion of Universal Studios Licensing LLC or its designee) and as such is not a guaranteed portion of the prize. In the event that the opportunity to walk the “red carpet” portion of the prize is not made available to the Grand Prize winner, the remainder of the Grand Prize as stated herein shall be considered to be the complete and total Grand Prize to be awarded and no additional prize element substituted. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,500. If the Premiere is canceled or delayed, the remaining elements of the Grand Prize (as detailed above) shall constitute the complete and total Grand Prize to be awarded. There is no monetary value to the attendance at the Premiere portion of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner must be able to travel on dates necessary to attend the Premiere (as determined by Sponsor) or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no additional prize element substituted and an alternate winner may be selected at sole discretion of Sponsor. If Grand Prize winner lives within 150 miles of NYC (as determined by Sponsor), airfare will not be provided and no ground transportation or additional compensation will be provided in lieu thereof.
(2) First Prizes: each “First Prize” consists of a $250 Buckle e-Gift Card; a $50 Fandango e-Gift Card; and a Fast & Furious films 1-7 DVD Bundle Pack. ARV of each First Prize is $400.
(5) Second Prizes: each “Second Prize” consists of a $100 Buckle e-Gift Card; a $25 Fandango e-Gift Card; and a Fast & Furious 7 iTunes digital download. ARV of each Second Prize is $140.
(40) Third Prizes: each “Third Prize” consists of a $50 Buckle e-Gift Card and a Fast & Furious 7 iTunes digital download. ARV of each Third Prize is $65.
