The first Entry Period runs from February 1, 2017 at 2:00:00 pm PT until March 1, 2017 at 1:59:59 pm PT.
The second Entry Period runs from on or around March 1, 2017 at 2:00:00 pm PT until April 1, 2017 at 1:59:59 pm PT.
The third Entry Period runs from April 1, 2017 at 2:00:00 pm PT until May 1, 2017 at 1:59:59 pm PT.
