Ages 6-16
ONE (1) PRIZE: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Winner and three (3) guests (individually, “Guest,” the Guests and Winner shall collectively be referred to as the “Group”) to the Los Angeles, CA area (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates (“Trip”) to attend the Radio Disney Music Awards (“Event”) consisting of the following elements (“Prize”) for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [2] up to four (4) tickets to the Event to be held on or about April 29, 2017; [3] the opportunity for the Group to attend the “after party”; [4] hotel/Event transfers; [5] if Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor selected major metropolitan airport near Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City, but if Winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between Winner’s residence and the hotel; and [6] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided. If the Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, the Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $280, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his/her payment of taxes payable as a result of winning the Prize. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) for Prize: $4,000 (if Winner is a resident of California) or $4,280 (if Winner is not a resident of California).
