Eligible entries will be divided into one of thirteen (13) separate groups:
entries from residents of AZ (“Group 1”)
entries from residents of FL (“Group 2”);
entries from residents of GA (“Group 3”);
entries from residents of MD (“Group 4”);
entries from residents of NC (“Group 5”);
entries from residents of OH (“Group 6”);
entries from residents of PA (“Group 7”);
entries from residents of TX (“Group 8”);
entries from residents of WA (“Group 9”);
entries from residents of VA (“Group 10”);
entries from residents of CA (“Group 11”);
entries from residents of NY (“Group 12”);
entries from residents of the remaining areas and D.C. (“Group 13”).
Each eligible entry shall be assigned to only one (1) Group, and each entry shall be eligible to be selected as a winner only for the Group into which the entry is assigned, based on the area of residence selected by the entrant. Each entrant is eligible to win only one (1) prize.
One (1) Grand Prize winner from will be selected from each Group 1 through 10. Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be selected from Group 11 and Group 12. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from collective Group 1 through 13.
Grand Prize winner will receive a four (4) day / three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (each
of whom must be 21 years of age or older) to Miami, Florida. Winner and guest must travel together and must depart and
return to the same airport; the Trip must be taken on the specified dates, and specific travel dates and arrangements are subject
to availability and some restrictions. The Trip will consist of (i) coach class roundtrip travel for winner and one (1) guest between
the major international airport closest to Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a major airport
in Miami, Florida, (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) three (3) overnight stays winner and guest at a hotel in
Miami (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and subject to availability) based on single room, double occupancy stay (iii)
two (2) two-day passes for the South Beach Food and Wine Festival (iv) ground transfers while in Miami between the airport
and hotel and (v) a check in the amount of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). Travel dates to be solely determined
by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value “A.R.V.” sixty thousand nine-hundred dollars ($6,900).
