Dream Vacation Prize Package with an ARV of five thousand dollars ($5,000). Actual value may vary based on hotel and transportation price fluctuations. The prize winner will receive a prize package consisting solely of the following: a) trip for two (2) to a location of his or her choice within the Contiguous United States; b) two (2) roundtrip coach-class air transportation from an airport within the Contiguous United States, determined by Administrator in its sole discretion (if in the judgement of Administrator air travel in not required due to prize winner’s proximity to selected location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Administrator’s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value; and c) four (4) night accommodations at hotel, determined by Administrator in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy). All other expenses, not specifically detailed in the prize package above are the prize winner’s sole responsibility, including but not limited to telephone, internet, meals, beverages, room-service charges and gratuities. Prize winner agrees and acknowledges he or she will assume sole responsibility for all costs associated with the prize not explicitly outlined in these Official Rule.
