One (1) grand prize (the " Grand Prize") is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package ("Trip Package") for the Grand Prize winner (the " GP Winner") and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner's Parent) (each, a "Guest", collectively the "Guests") to Los Angeles, CA. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. The Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA. GP Winner and Guests are solely responsible for transportation to/from their residences and the airport; (ii) five (5) days/four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor's choice (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room, parking and tax only); (iii) mid-sized automobile rental with unlimited mileage in Los Angeles, CA for duration of Trip Package (GP Winner's Parent must have a current and valid driver's license issued by one of the United States prior to receipt of the rental automobile); (iv) four (4) general admission tickets for GP Winner and Guests to the 2017 Kids' Choice Sports live event scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, CA on July 13, 2017 (the "Event"); (v) opportunity for GP Winner to get slimed (at time and location of Sponsor's sole determination); (vi) opportunity for a meet and greet with Event host, Russell Wilson (the "Talent") (at a time and date as solely determined by Sponsor and subject to Talent's availability due to default, disability or force majeure and subject to Sponsor's final determination); (vii) opportunity for GP Winner to walk the Event's Orange Carpet; and, (viii) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for GP Winner in the form of a check. If Talent is not available for any reason, Sponsor will make best commercial efforts to substitute another Nickelodeon celebrity cast talent, but will not be held responsible for such substitution or the lack thereof as per Paragraph 8 below.
Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $5,900.00.
