Grand Prize – One (1) prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will be randomly selected from all eligible Entrants to receive the Grand Prize, which consists of one (1) single-family residence backyard makeover ("Grand Prize") for Grand Prize Winner’s designated primary residence as indicated on its entry form and located in any eligible state. The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the one (1) Grand Prize is $15,000.
