If winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

Each Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets in 2018. Total value of tickets not to exceed $1,500.00.Approximate Retail Value of each of the Live Nation Ultimate Access Pass is: One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,500.00). If the winner does not reside within a one hundred and fifty (150) mile radius of a participating venue, the winner will receive a One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,500.00) cash prize instead of the Pass. Awarding of the cash prize instead of the Pass shall be made in Live Nation’s sole determination. Cash prize shall be awarded in the form of a $1,500 pre-paid cash card.
