One (1) winner (the “grand prize winner”) will receive a trip for him/her and three (3) guests to Los Angeles, California from approximately September 16, 2017 to September 18, 2017, during which the grand prize winner will receive a behind-the-scenes experience at the Injustice 2 World Finals (the “World Finals”). The grand prize winner may also be included in an in-show video feature in the broadcast of the World Finals (in Sponsors’ sole discretion). The trip will include roundtrip, coach class air transportation from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to the grand prize winner’s residence (as determined by Administrator) to Los Angeles, California; two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (room rate and tax for two rooms, double occupancy); necessary ground transportation in Los Angeles, California (as determined by Administrator); four (4) tickets to the World Finals; spending money for the grand prize winner and three (3) guests in the amount of One Hundred US Dollars ($100.00) each; one (1) Samsung Galaxy S8 phone for grand prize winner only; and a check for One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty US Dollars ($1,260) to help defray winner’s tax liability for the grand prize. If the grand prize winner resides within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of Los Angeles, California, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation will be provided for the difference in value. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this grand prize is Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty US Dollars ($5,760).

Five (5) second prize winners will receive a Gear 360 with an ARV of One Hundred Ninety Nine US Dollars ($199) each
