One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize shall consist of a four (4) night trip to a destination (“Location”) within the U.S chosen by Winner (the “Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and (1) guest (“Guest”). The Trip includes: roundtrip coach airfare for Winner and Guest on the airline of Sponsor’s choice from a major airport near Winner’s home and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to a major airport near the Location (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of two (2) roundtrip coach airfare tickets: $1,500); one (1) standard, double occupancy hotel room accommodations at a hotel in or near the Location (on an if used basis) for the duration of the Trip, all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV of hotel room accommodations for four (4) nights: (ARV: $1,500); $1,500 in spending money for ground transportation and miscellaneous travel expenses (ARV: $1,500). Fandango reserves the right to award the Prize in the form of a check for the ARV of the Grand Prize. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500 USD).
