One (1) Winner and a guest will receive a six (6) day cycling tour in the Tuscan Coast of Italy consisting of the following: (i) six (6) nights of accommodations in Italy, staying in in 4- and 5-star hotels and two agriturismi, as determined by the Sponsor; (ii) eleven (11) meals for Winner and guest consisting of: six (6) breakfasts, two (2) lunches, and three (3) dinners, as determined by the Sponsor (ARV: 7,490.00 for hotel accommodations and meals); (iii) two (2) round-trip flights from a major airport closest to the
Winner’s resident to Florence, Italy, returning flight from Rome, Italy and with thirty (30) days booking notice, standard coach airfare (ARV: $3,900.00) (Winner will make his/her own flight arrangements and flight arrangements for the guest at a price not to exceed the ARV stated above). Winner and his/her travel companion must leave from the same airport and travel restrictions may apply.; and (iv) $3,417.00 in the form of a check to the Winner, (which Winner may use, if he/she so elects to help defray any tax liability Winner may incur in connection with his/her acceptance of the Prize Package), which will be reduced to $2,247.00, if the Winner does not require airfare based on Winner proximity to the destination.. Sponsor and the trip provider require all of its trip participants be prepared physically, technically, and psychologically for the trip and reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and guest from the scheduled trip at any time for any health or safety reasons. In such event the Sponsor will have the right to select an alternate Winner. Total ARV of Prize Package: $14,807.00.
