GRAND PRIZE (1). One (1) grand prize (the " Grand Prize") is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package ("Trip Package") for the Grand Prize winner (the " GP Winner") and up to three (3) guests, one of whom must be GP Winner's Parent (each, a "Guest", collectively the "Guests") to New York, NY. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. The Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to New York, NY; (ii) three (3) days/two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor's choice (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) ground transportation to/from GP Winner's residence/airport and airport/hotel, hotel; (iv) four (4) general admission tickets for GP Winner and Guests to "SpongeBob SquarePants the Broadway Musical" (the "Show") and photo opportunity with Show cast member(s) (as determined by Sponsor and subject to professional availability); (v) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for GP Winner in the form of a Visa gift card (subject to the terms and restrictions of the issuer); and, (vi) one (1) "SpongeBob SquarePants" swag bag for GP Winner.
Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $6,120.00.
