What does it mean that it is "void" in several states and "at retail in Virginia." Does that mean if you are living in Virginia that you cannot enter? Help. Thanks.

Void means the States are ineligible to enter,void in retail...not too sure how to explain,but if it can be played and/or redeemed in store,VA ineligible.
