There will be two hundred and four (204) first prizes awarded (“First Prizes”) to First Prize Winners and one (1) grand prize awarded (“Grand Prize”) to Grand Prize Winner. Each First Prize will consist of the following: an item or product that is featured on TODAY, to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Grand Prize will consist of all sixteen (16) items or products featured on TODAY as Sweepstakes prizes during the Sweepstakes Period. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each First Prize is between one hundred dollars ($100) and one hundred and fifty dollars ($150). ERV of Grand Prize is one thousand two hundred dollars ($1200).
