The confirmed grand prize winner will receive a check for 12 months of mortgage or rent payments (up to $1,250/month), up to a maximum amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000). The total amount of the prize will be determined based on the documentation provided by the potential winner to Sponsors that will verify the last three (3) consecutive months of mortgage or rent payments made by the potential winner. The monthly payment (up to $1,250/month) will be multiplied by 12 to determine the total amount awarded for one year.
