I too had that happen, signed up when the offer first came out in Jan. Emailed Nestle comp. twice, finally got through to the right CS agent, & my coupon plus 2 others, .50 & .35 off arrived USPS in 10 days. Please Take ONE Minute to econtact or 1-800 phone these companies if site not working properly, offer never came, etc. 99.9% of the time they will give you something in return.
