The GRAND PRIZE winner will receive a genuine piece of the Moon estimated to be four billion-years old. Lunar rocks, which are ejected from the Moon’s surface by a meteoroid or comet, are incredibly rare and regularly sell for many multiples of the price of gold. These particular lunar rocks, from the famed Hup? Planetary Collection, are similar to samples obtained during the Apollo missions. No two lunar rocks are the same so you’re sure to win your own unique piece of the universe.
PLUS an original NASA Apollo 8 Firing Room Access Badge. At NASA’s Launch Control Center, firing rooms sent astronauts to space. Approximately 200-300 of NASA’s top scientists would man the firing rooms, responsible for everything from the countdown process to landing operations. When it came time to launch a rocket into space, only personnel with firing room badges were allowed in. This original Apollo 8 firing room access badge is a historic piece of American history.
PLUS a signed copy of Robert Kurson’s upcoming book, Rocket Men: The Daring Odyssey of Apollo 8 and the Astronauts Who Made Man's First Journey to the Moon (https://www.amazon.com/Rocket-Men-Odyssey-Astronauts-Journey/dp/0525527001).

SECOND PRIZE — two lucky participants will also receive genuine Moon rocks from four billion years ago...
PLUS an envelope, postmarked January 1969, with newly issued "Earthrise" postage stamps. Earthrise, the photo of Earth taken on the Apollo 8 mission, has been described as “the most influential environmental photo ever taken.” The photo shows the earth rising into view from the surface of the Moon. In 1969 the US Postal Service issued a stamp commemorating the mission with the Earthrise photo and the words “In the beginning God...” This envelope features an original Earthrise stamp, cancelled in 1969, and preserved in all its glory.
THIRD PRIZE — five people will receive an early copy of Robert’s new book Rocket Men: The Daring Odyssey of Apollo 8 and the Astronauts Who Made Man's First Journey to the Moon (https://www.amazon.com/Rocket-Men-Odyssey-Astronauts-Journey/dp/0525527001).
