There are two (2) Grand Prizes and 100 Instant Win Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes. One Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected, subject to confirmation of eligibility, from among all eligible entries received by the close of each Entry Period. There will be two Grand Prize drawings: the first drawing will be conducted within one week after the close of Entry Period 1 and the second drawing will be conducted within one week after the close of Entry Period 2. One hundred Instant Win Prize winners will be randomly selected, subject to confirmation of eligibility, during the Sweepstakes Period.
GRAND PRIZE: Each Grand Prize Winner will be awarded his/her choice of one (1) of the following Grand Prize packages (also referred to as the “Grand Prize” or “Grand Prize Trip”):
(1) Learn to DJ in Miami Prize Package. This prize package for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest is comprised of: (i) transportation* (see below) to Miami, Florida, (ii) seven (7) nights hotel accommodations in South Beach, Miami (based on one standard room, double occupancy), (iii) one (1) two-hour private DJ masterclass with a top Miami DJ instructor, (iv) VIP entry to a top Miami nightclub (to include a 2-hour preparty at a trendy South Beach area lounge, limo transportation from the lounge to the club, and “skip-the line” entry to the club), (v) cabana rental for one (1) day at a top Miami beach club to include brunch, (vi) one (1) four-hour private sailing charter on Biscayne Bay to include soft drinks and snacks, (vii) two (2) tickets to a live music performance at a top Miami venue (up to a value of $150.00 per ticket), (viii) one (1) three-course dinner at a top Miami restaurant (up to $125.00 per person including gratuity), (ix) one (1) 45 minute sightseeing helicopter flight over Miami and Miami Beach to include roundtrip ground transfers, (x) one $75.00 Uber gift card to use while in Miami, and (xi) $1,000.00 in spending money for personal expenses to be transferred to the Grand Winner’s bank account. *Transportation: If the Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located 150 miles or more from Miami Beach, Florida, (as determined by Sponsor), the Grand Prize Winner will receive round-trip coach air transportation for two adults from the international airport in the continental United States nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by
Sponsor) to Miami, Florida plus round-trip ground transportation to the hotel and arriving airport in Miami. If the Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located less than 150 miles from Miami, Florida, (as determined by Sponsor), the Grand Prize Winner will receive, in lieu of air transportation, private limousine service for two adults to and from the hotel. Hotel to be selected by Sponsor. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Learn to DJ in Miami Prize Package (inclusive of management fee) is $10,000.00.
(2) Surf in Costa Rica Prize Package. This prize package for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest is comprised of: (i) round-trip coach air transportation from the international airport in the continental United
States nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to San Jose, Costa Rica,
plus round-trip transportation to the hotel and arriving airport in San Jose, Costa Rica, (ii) seven (7) nights hotel accommodations in Tamarindo, Costa Rica (based on one standard room, double occupancy), (iii) daily breakfast, (iv) daily evening meal (up to a value of $75.00 per person including gratuity), (v) three (3) private surfing lessons (1 hour per lesson) to include roundtrip ground transportation from hotel to event location, all equipment, and instructor, (vii) one (1) full day white water rafting excursion to include lunch and roundtrip ground transportation from hotel to event location, (viii) one (1) full day multi-activity tour to include, time permitting, a choice of zip line activity, horse riding, hot springs visit, volcanic mud bath, tubing, lunch, instructors/guides, and roundtrip ground transportation from hotel to event location, one (1) four-hour sunset sailing tour (part of a group charter) from Tamarindo Costa Rica, to include on-board lunch, (ix) one (1) 1-hour spa treatment with a choice of massages, facials, wraps, manicures and pedicures available, and (x) $1,000.00 in spending money for personal expenses and safe rides to be transferred to the Grand Winner’s bank account. Hotel to be selected by Sponsor. The ARV of the Surf in Costa Rica Prize Package (inclusive of management fee) is $10,000.00.
Choose Your Own Adventure Prize Package. This prize package for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest is comprised of: (i) round-trip coach air transportation from the international airport in the continental
United States nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to a location chosen by the Grand Prize Winner, plus round-trip transportation to the hotel and arriving airport, (ii) five (5) nights hotel accommodations (based on one standard room, double occupancy), (iii) daily breakfast, (iv) Grand Prize
Winner’s choice of adventure experience. Hotel to be selected by Sponsor. The ARV of the Choose Your Own Adventure Prize Package is $10,000.00 which includes a non-negotiable $1,500.00 management fee.
(100) Instant Win Prizes: One (1) $50.00 Hotels.com e-Gift Card to be delivered via email. The Hotels.com e-Gift Card does not expire and is valid only for new hotel bookings at www.hotels.com/gc (http://www.hotels.com/gc). The Hotels.com e-Gift Card cannot be used for bookings that are paid for at the hotel, made over the phone, part of a package booking, (i.e., hotel and flight), made through a group travel service, or made prior to receipt of the Instant Win Prize.
