ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s choice of ONE of the following prize experiences-
(a) Ultimate Farm to Table Dinner Experience
(b) Wanderlust Wellspring Experience
(c) Wanderlust Hollywood Experience
Each prize experience has a total approximate retail value of $25,000. (But, if actual value of selected prize experience is less than $25,000 for any reason, the difference will NOT be awarded as cash or otherwise.)
Ultimate Farm To Table Dinner Experience:
Personal chef of Sponsor’s sole choosing will prepare a private dinner (food and non-alcohol beverages) for winner and up to eight (8) guests. Chef will consult with winner as to development of menu, procurement of menu items, and provide tips for healthy cooking and eating. Experience also includes table settings, flowers and dinnerware for dinner.
Dinner will take place at winner’s residence; however, if Sponsor/Administrator determine in their sole discretion that winner’s residence is not appropriate for dinner due to size, lay-out or any other reason, Sponsor will select another venue near winner’s residence for dinner. Dinner must take place over a weekend (Friday-Saturday-Sunday), excluding holiday weekends and other blackout dates; dinner is also subject to availability of personal chef. Sponsor will approve date of dinner in its sole discretion; and, other restrictions may apply. Dinner must take place no later than February 28, 2019. Winner understands and agrees that he/she may not receive his/her first choice of date of dinner.
Menu will be determined by chef in consultation with winner, taking into consideration the dietary, religious and/or philosophical restrictions of winner and his/her guests. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILTY OF WINNER AND GUESTS TO ADVISE CHEF PRIOR TO PROCUREMENT OF MENU ITEMS OF ANY FOOD ALLERGY, HEALTH CONCERN, MEDICAL CONDITION OR RELIGIOUS/PHILOSOPHICAL OBJECTION TO CONSUMING CERTAIN FOODS AND BEVERAGES. Sweepstakes Entities (including Sponsor and Administrator) expressly disclaim any liability under any legal theory as to the dinner, including but not limited to the taste of any prepared foods.
Winner understands and agrees that while the dinner is “private,” Sponsor representatives will be present at dinner.
Wanderlust Wellspring Experience:
Trip to Palm Springs, CA, 10/25 – 10/29/2018, to attend the Wanderlust Wellspring Event: a wellness gathering featuring the world’s leading innovators, teachers and socially-conscious companies. Prize trip consists of roundtrip, coach air travel from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles area; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations in Palm Springs (standard room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to Wanderlust Wellspring Event (tickets are subject to terms/conditions as indicated thereon; tickets are not for re-sale; venue restrictions may apply); a gift card in the amount of $750 which winner may use for unspecified, incidental expenses or otherwise (issuer is of Sponsor’s sole choosing; subject to terms and conditions indicated thereon).
Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and on the dates indicated above so as to attend the Wanderlust Wellspring Event; if winner cannot travel on such dates for any reason, he/she must choose another prize experience or forfeit prize altogether. If prize is forfeited, an alternate winner may be selected, as discussed above.
In the unlikely event that the Wanderlust Wellspring Event is postponed, Sponsor will modify travel dates so as to correspond to the new date of the Wanderlust Wellspring Event; if the Wanderlust Wellspring Event is cancelled altogether, a trip to Palm Springs will constitute the prize in full and no other prize will be awarded (unless winner selects another prize experience). And, in the event of cancellation of Wanderlust Wellness Event, winner must take the trip to Palm Springs by 10/31/2019, giving Sponsor/Administrator at least 45 days’ advanced notice, with the understanding that dates of travel are subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions.
Wanderlust Hollywood Experience:
Trip to Los Angeles, CA where winner will have the opportunity to participate in a range of wellness-related classes and activities at Wanderlust’s Hollywood center. Prize trip consists of roundtrip, coach air travel from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles area; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations in Los Angeles area (standard room, double occupancy); ground transfers between Los Angeles area airport and hotel as well as between hotel and Wanderlust Hollywood Center; winner and guest will choose from a schedule of classes/activities offered at Wanderlust Hollywood Center (subject to availability, class-size/enrollment limitations and other restrictions: winner and guest may not receive their preferred choice of classes/activities); a gift card in the amount of $750 which winner may use for unspecified, incidental expenses or otherwise (issuer is of Sponsor’s sole choosing; subject to terms and conditions indicated thereon).
