One (1) Winner and a guest will receive a prize package consisting of (i) a three-night stay at The Inn at The Oasis in Death Valley in Death Valley, California (ARV: $1,800), (ii) daily breakfast and dinners (excluding alcoholic beverages) (ARV: $700), (iii) a jeep tour of Death Valley (ARV: $250), (iv) unlimited golf (ARV: $100), (v) a pool side wellness treatment (ARV: $300), (vi) round-trip airfare from a major airport closest to the Winner’s resident to Las Vegas, Nevada with forty-five (45) days booking notice, standard coach airfare (ARV: up to $1,000) (Winner will make his/her own flight arrangements and flight arrangements for the guest at a price not to exceed the ARV stated above) (Winner and his/her travel companion must leave from the same airport and travel restrictions may apply), and (vii) $200 in the form of a check to the Winner (which Winner may use towards travel expenses), and (viii) $1,305 in the form of a check to the Winner, (which Winner may use, if he/she so elects to help defray any tax liability Winner may incur in connection with his/her acceptance of the Prize Package), which will be reduced to $1,005, if the Winner does not require airfare based on Winner proximity to the destination.
