ONE (1) PRIZE: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Winner and three (3) guests (individually, “Guest,” the Guests and Winner shall collectively be referred to as the “Group”) to the Los Angeles, CA area (“City”), on Sponsorselected dates (“Trip”) to attend the Radio Disney Music Awards on June 22, 2018 (“Event”) consisting of the following elements (“Prize”) for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [2] up to four (4) tickets to the Event;
[3] the opportunity to choose from among the following three (3) experiences (Winner will be given the option to choose any combination of the experiences): (a) access to seats in the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Shapes sponsored Fan Zone on the RDMA red carpet and wristbands to the in-venue Fan Zone during the Event; (b) walk the red carpet; (c) up to four (4) tickets to the after party; [4] if Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City, but if Winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between Winner’s residence and the hotel; [5] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided.Total ARV for Prize: $4,000 (if Winner is a resident of California) or $4,301 (if Winner is not a resident of California).
