One (1) prize is available to be awarded in this Promotion. The prize is a trip to the 2018 BET Awards and consists of: (i) round-trip coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest from a major gateway airport nearest the prize winner’s residence (to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California (departing on or around June 22, 2018 and returning on or around June 25, 2018; actual flight dates to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion), provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Grand Prize winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California; (ii) hotel accommodations for three (3) nights at a hotel selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion (one (1) double occupancy room, room and tax only); (iii) round-trip ground transportation while in Los Angeles to and from the airport and hotel; (iv) $1,000 (to be awarded in the form of a check or other monetary instrument chosen by BET in its sole discretion); and (v) admission for winner and guest in the Ultimate Fan Pit area at the 2018 BET Awards to be held in Los Angeles, California on June 24, 2018 (the Ultimate Fan Pit will be a standing-room only area proximate to the stage and may be displayed in the broadcast of the 2018 BET Awards). The approximate retail value of the prize is $4,500.00 USD.
